Terms and Conditions: By registering for this program you accept the following: Music Together is an interative, parent-child class. You will be actively participating with your child. you accept that you are fully responsible for the safety of your child and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Musician, Music Together, LLC, Divine Science Community Center, Grace Lutheran, St. Stephen's Episcopal, Centennial Rec. Center, Wiley Cultural Center, TreeHouse in the Glen, and its teachers, agents and representatives from any and all claims.
Registration: Your space will only be reserved once our full payment is received. Registration is taken on a first come first served basis and each class is limited to 12 children. A minimum of 6 children is required for a class. If a class does not meet the minmum, Little Musician has the right to change the schedule to accomodate scheduling. Schedule is subject to change at anytime.
Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable. No tuition refunds are given after the first day of class. Tuition refunds granted prior to the first day of class will be charged a $15 processing fee. Credit toward future classes is issued only in exceptional circumstances.
Drop-In: A drop-in class allows a new family to attend one class for a fee of $16. After attending one class you are no longer eligible for a drop-in class.
Make-up Classes: Two allowed per child on a space-available basis. Please call the office at 408-531-1600 to schedule your make-up class. |
